Private Coaching for Adults Who Take Their Health Seriously

I work with a small number of adults 50+ who want long-term strength, mobility, and independence - not short-term workouts.

Private, by-appointment-only coaching. Availability is limited by design.

All new clients begin with a paid Private Coaching Assessment.

This Is Not a High-Volume Fitness Program

I don’t run group classes or open-enrollment programs. I work privately with clients who value structure, discretion, and consistency over time.

This is for you if:

  • You want to stay strong and capable as you age

  • You value professional guidance and accountability

  • You’re comfortable committing to a structured process

This is not for you if:

  • You’re looking for a trial or drop-in training

  • You prefer group classes or rotating coaches

  • You want short-term fixes

How Private Coaching Works

1. Private Coaching Assessment
Every new client begins with a paid assessment to evaluate movement, health history, and fit.

2. Structured Coaching Commitment
If it makes sense to continue, we work together in 3- or 6-month coaching commitments.

3. Long-Term Progress
Clients stay for consistency, not contracts - because the process works.

A Different Standard of Coaching

Most people don’t need harder workouts. They need better decisions, applied consistently, with professional oversight.

That’s the difference between exercise and coaching.

Many clients find me after years of trying other approaches.

Who I Typically Work With

Most of my clients are professionals, business owners, and retirees who value privacy, structure, and long-term health. Many come through referral. Others find me when they decide it’s time to take their health seriously.

Start With a Private Assessment

The assessment allows us to determine whether coaching makes sense - before either of us commits further.
